I think these are healthy amounts of free space for the system to work without issues. How much FREE Space do you have? I have 3 SSD disks, one has 158/223GB free, the other one 536/894GB free, and the third one has 296/465GB free.

Then again, I would think that these two would impact mostly startup, not shutdown. I've generated both the services and startup item logs and I found nothing suspicious in them, everything is according to what I would expect to run.
